No. Open Prontio in an up-to-date browser and select your files. Up to 20 files per batch, 20 MB per file and 50 MB in total. Images can be up to 24 megapixels and 16,000 pixels on either side.
Choose two or more PDFs and use the arrows beside the files to reorder them. Pages inside each document keep their original order. Click Merge PDFs and download the new file. Combine up to 20 files and 200 pages in total, within the 50 MB batch limit.
